Terms for using RepByte
Last updated July 27, 2026
By using RepByte, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
RepByte is not medical advice
RepByte provides general movement prompts for informational and motivational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Check with a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to exercise. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell.
Your use of the service
You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to complete a movement prompt and for keeping your surroundings safe. Use RepByte only in a way that is lawful, safe, and considerate of others. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Your account and progress
RepByte creates a provisional account so it can save your progress. If you choose Google sign-in, your Google identity can be linked to that account. Keep control of the device and browser session you use with RepByte; activity recorded through that session is treated as activity on your account.
Availability and changes
RepByte is provided as it is available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, improve, or protect the service. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RepByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RepByte changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. The current version will always be available at this address, with its update date shown above.
